The golf shop at Wrag Barn Golf Club, Highworth, is run by our director of golf and PGA advanced professional Ian Ridsdale. It is one of the largest in the south west, and offers a complete professional service to Wrag Barn members, visiting players and the local golfing community.

This includes offering a wide range of quality equipment at competitive prices and an excellent range of clothing and accessories.

The professional shop, driving range and six-hole academy course are available to members of the public to 'try before you buy', where nearly all golf equipment on sale can be tried out.

Wrag Barn Golf Club is a fully acredited club fitting centre of Titleist, Taylor Made and Ping, and specialises in offering a bespoke service where clubs are matched to each individual's posture and swing to improve ball-striking and, most of all, enjoyment from the game.

Our club-fitting service extends to putting, where we can analyse the putting stroke itself to improve technique and maximise roll in our indoor putting studio on our Huxley Putting Mat Module.

Indoor & Outdoor Simulator

This lesson experience is like no other. Not only do you get a precise reading of your ball data after each shot, you also get a visual experience as you would outdoors by watching the ball tracer via the Quad simulator. Combining this with iPad video analysis and the expertise from out PGA professionals, you are certain to see an improvement.

This is an ideal chance to refine your skills in the comfort of using our indoor GC Quad simulator. As on the practice ground outside, you can hit balls with any club and get instant feedback with the analytical results.

The GC Quad launch monitor will give you a full yardage assessment for each club in your bag. As well as a full print out of all the readings, this information can be sent to you via email, to be used on you mobile device whilst out on the course.

Another important factor to consider is the type of ball you use, and its perfomance through the air, not just on and around the greens. In this session we will test your current golf ball on the GC Quad simulator monitor and depending on the spin you are producing we will then test different models of golf balls to help improve control and distance.
