Wrag Barn Golf Club

The Club Championships 2022

We have a new Wrag Barn Club Champion…..

⭐️ Andres Gomez-Williams ⭐️ shot 144 over the two day 36 hole competition to win by one shot from Matt Simpkins on 145. Max Drayton was third on 148.

In the Nett Division, Gary Williams came in with a nett 139 ahead of Mitchell Singh141 and Dave Knell 142.

Some very good golf was played and a few handicaps will be slightly different this morning.

Running alongside the 36 hole competition, there were two 18 hole competitions on Saturday and Sunday (you can only win a prize in the Sunday competition if you weren’t in the 36 hole prizes) and this is a massive shout out for two of our young players who have only recently been moved to the Junior section from the Cadets. Ittai Sibanda came third on Saturday with a nett 70 and Hamish Ogilvy won the nett 18 hole division on Sunday with nett 71 - congratulations to both players for an awesome performance.
